Assignments are defined and scheduled, according to the evaluation purpose (trading, tax, financial, insurance, etc. ..) and carried out in compliance with standard criteria and customer needs. The assessments are based on the acquisition of technical, economic and financial data, visit on site and on market surveys. The result of the evaluation is supported by detected features, clear analysis and objective argumentations.

A strong engineering background, a former design experience, a lot of evaluations carried out, provide the sensitivity and the ability to combine technical aspects with economic ones. In the course of professional activity, either as an independent or as a consultant for a well known company of Industrial Appraisal, I evaluated several types of assets: land, building, infrastructure, machinery and equipment for the industry:

Freelance from 1995 as mechanic and thermodynamic designer: machine, plant, structure, industrial building.
